Considering that many people might know about it from watching the anime Doraemon, Dorayaki is the food that Doraemon loves so much, right? But I also love it~

I’m planning to visit a dorayaki restaurant~ I’m planning to visit a dorayaki restaurant~ Let’s go! Did you look into the origin of dorayaki? ‘Dora’ in Korean means ‘pan,’ and ‘yaki’ means ‘grilled.’ So, when you say dorayaki, it means ‘grilled pan,’ but there are various stories about its origin.

Some say it’s called dorayaki because it resembles the shape of a pan, and in the old days when there were no frying pans, people heated a pan and poured batter onto it, creating something similar to dorayaki for the first time. I actually learned about these stories for the first time.

It’s interesting to explore! It’s about a 10-minute walk from Ueno Station. Let me introduce the first store. It’s called Usagiya~ *Usagiya: A traditional dorayaki shop with over 100 years of history since 1913. It’s the original dorayaki shop and a confectionery selling traditional Japanese sweets. ～Mina is placing an order~

Everyone~ The smell is already delightful~ I bought dorayaki from Usagiya! And, feeling a bit greedy, I also bought the recommended menu, Monaka~ It’s a bit touching how warm the dorayaki is, and it turned out to be bigger than I expected. There’s no seating inside the store!

And the expiration date is only for today! They recommend eating it today! It doesn’t contain preservatives or artificial additives, which is why. If it’s okay with you, it’s best to eat it right after buying it! Wow, it’s an art~
