一、雁月食譜
食材
黑糖 130g
水 130ml
白醋 50ml
面粉 150g
小蘇打 6g
核桃 20g
黑芝麻 適量
1. Gandzuki Recipe
Ingredients
Brown sugar 130g
water 130ml
White vinegar 50ml
flour 150g
Baking soda 6g
Walnuts 20g
Appropriate amount of black sesame

要點:
1 黑糖在熬製過程中保持小火,避免水分迅速揮發
2 糖水分次倒入面粉中
3 雁月放入蒸鍋後,中火蒸20分鐘
Main points:
1 Keep the brown sugar on a low fire during the cooking process to avoid rapid evaporation of water
2 Pour the sugar water into the flour one at a time
3 Put Gandzuki cake into the steamer, then steam over medium heat for 20 minutes
