Recipe
・Gin 30ml
・Fever Tree Elderflower tonic water 90ml
・Lime juice 5ml
・Dried apple in syrup
*Sliced apples soaked in syrup and dried in a food dryer for about 10 hours.
How to make
①Put ice, gin and lime juice in a glass and stir.
②Pour in elderflower tonic water, lightly stir, and garnish with dried apple in syrup.
