I personally believe she was just tired from work. I don't stan twice, i am just a casual listener/consumer, but i have seen how sweet Jihyo is with fans, I really doubt she would do something like this (on purpose).

I can literally claim that i met an artist and say that they are rude lmfao. People now a days are too smart too even fall for this trick esp when you don't have enough evidences but pure text only. 😂 And not just that, she's an idol for almost 8 yrs, never bee in an incident like this, and now suddenly a news like this is coming out? remember her solo debut is all around the corner, this is an.old trick already. No one's gonna buy it. 😂
I just want to remind you guys that she's an idol for 8 yrs now and she was never been in an incident like this. In fact, she's one of the most approachable member in Twice. I just find it fishy since everyone are so excited about her solo debut in August, and then a news like this is coming out. It's not really convincing enough the way the OP tells what happened. And also, you cannot go near on them THAT EASY considering that they always have bodyguards and their manager with them. I literally saw a fan clip when they spotted Nayeoj, Momo and Chaeyoung and then suddenly someone rushed towards them but even before that person go near on them, their bodyguards stopped them immediately without the members noticing it, that's whenever you see a fan clips abour Twice getting spotted on, it's either they are far away from them or their cameras are hidden. Plus it's just texts, not enough evidences.
I think that yeah you can approach them but if they are busy then leave them be but if they aren’t then if your just saying you had a great time or thanking them it’s okay. don’t try to hug them or start chit-chat

Nah jihyo had tons of wholesome and good interactions with her fans , and now a hater might be trying to fabricate the story. Unless there is some strong proof . I'm never believing bs about jihyo.
There's one more thing:
You can't expect from celebrities like singers, actors etc. to always be in the mood for an interaction with fans. They are people too and aren't happy and sociable all the time.
I think Jihyo did nothing wrong and she shouldn't be blamed for not wanting to talk to a fan outside of her working time. And she wasn't even rude. She said "thank you" and acknowledged the fan and that's enough.

1 There's not enough evidence, so Jihyo is innocent until something really proves otherwise
2 If it was their day off, AND after a concert, they are tired. Some people can sound "rude" but they are just tired
3 If you recognized her, or them, DON'T APROACH. I understand that you are a big fan, and it's a 1 in a million oportunity. But they need their private space too. You could've just take a photo to remember that moment later (without posting it online)
4 Now… she's a human. Being an idol doesn't mean that she's going to be happy ALL the time. If she was mad, it's normal, it's a common thing that happens to humans.
So…a rumor. She's under fire because of something probably made up. And if it did happen, the fan was probably waiting for the biggest response and an excited answer, and since it was a normal reaction they made up their mind that it "was in a rude way"
