小林麻美 – 84-87 Compilation (HQ)
Asami Kobayashi songs are cold, elegant, classy, in a colour
that goes throught the dark indigo and beige brown marbling, in other words her music travel between the dark and cold without loosin the pop touch.
I decided to do this compilation for the simple pleasure of listening to Asami Kobayashi, it is a vital part of Japanese music in the 80’s as well.
I would like to mention all the musicians that cooperate in the three albums (Cryptograph, Anthurium, Grey) and the songs that I will show you but they are many, I will try to summarize the fact that Yumi Matsutoya and her musicians / artists are behind, to accompany and design the path that Asami gave during the 80’s and to give you an idea these musicians cooperated with the following artists, to mention some (Sugiyama Kiyotaka, Keiko Kimura, Epo, Chiyono Yoshino, Tomoyo Harada, Kyon Kyon, Toshiki Kadomatsu, Akina Nakamori, Anri, Momoko Kikuchi, Ginji Ito, Mami Koyama, Miyuki Nakajima, Miki Matsubara, Akira Terao, Meiko Nakahara, Haruko Sagara, Yuki Saito, Seiko Matsuda, Kaoru Akimoto, etc)
