Whatever it is, if Zarah joins the household of Hassan, surely and truly she will do her part, helping with the housework, cleaning, cooking, feeding the pets etc. I am sure she will not stay idle.
Furthermore, she will be able to learn more things like new craft, new dishes/recipe, keeping clean and adapting to the atmosphere of living in a house with electricity (from the solar panel).
Judging from the life experiences she had gone through, she is eager to learn and adapt to harsh environment.
Furthermore, we don’t expect Zahra just watching while others are up and about doing chores and things. She will feel out of place then. Zahra as we know being a humble soul as she is, will let the mother doing work and she just observes?
I don’t think so.
Not Zahra.
So, I think it is not right to assume that she will be treated as maid or something of that sort. She will adapt herself and the others will make her presence felt as a new member of the household doing work together.
Only that I pray Hassan is true to her, love her and take care of her.
Remember, she is an orphan and has no one to turn to except Amir/Hadi’s family.
