Hi all! I’m Olesya. Welcome to my home and my videos. I am using a translator, so I apologize for any mistakes. Today the weather is good, which means you can devote this day to cleaning. After a long winter, I haven’t washed the windows yet.
You can start with one room and gradually move around the house so that it is not too tiring. When there are seedlings on the windowsills, a lot of dirt always forms. This needs to be cleaned constantly. Therefore, I am always happy when this period ends and the seedlings move into the garden.
Chickens are immensely happy with the warmth, as they can constantly walk freely and bask in the sun. With the arrival of warmth, life is in full swing. Everyone has a lot of worries, from a person to a butterfly or a flower, everyone has their own task.
I love taking care of the house, and with the arrival of spring, it’s as if internal resources are activated and a lot of energy appears. This is the shady side and I also illuminate the seedlings with additional light. I once painted these bedside tables a light color and they serve perfectly.
You can always change the interior with your own hands and give a second life to old things. On my side of the nightstand there is always some cute decor. My husband is more conservative and usually only has a night light and a phone on his nightstand.
I also have a pile of laundry that I need to sort out. Thanks for all your advice and recommendations. I even started to train myself to iron less things. For example, towels.
Although I really love well-ironed linen. But now I have less and less free time and I want to spend it on more important things. There were mostly clothes left that needed ironing. I usually do my ironing in the evening before going to bed.

Roll wet eggplants in corn starch (the starch should be corn starch, then there will be a crispy crust) Carefully roll the eggplants in starch. Then fry in hot oil. The crust remains quite light and the inside of the eggplant is soft.
Eggplants fried in this way are very tasty with a crispy crust. Let’s make the dressing sauce. Mix sweet tomato sauce with hot chili sauce. Approximately 1:2. The recipe calls for adding 1 more tablespoon of oyster sauce, but we don’t sell it here, so I didn’t add it.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and pour in tomato sauce. Serve immediately so that the eggplant retains its crunchiness. I’ll show you how crispy eggplants are. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the salad. Let’s have a snack. Bon Appetit!

Eggplant salad.
Peel the eggplants and cut into large pieces. Soak in water. The water can be salted.
Chop cherry tomatoes, onions, cilantro.
Dredge eggplant in cornstarch and fry in hot oil.

Sauce: Sweet ketchup 1 tbsp. l., chili sauce 2 tbsp, 1 tbsp. l. oyster sauce (I didn’t have oyster sauce, so I made it without it)

Bom dia Olesya ❤ moro no Brasil, e apesar de ser um país tropical a região onde moro fez muito frio no inverno, com muitas geadas que matam quase tudo que tem de flores… Eu procuro optar por plantar plantas com bulbo, pois por mais as flores e folhas morram com a geada o bulbo permanece vivo em baixo da terra renascendo na primavera ❤

I live in Washington state USA. I live in a zone 8 but 1 1/2 miles up a mountain so it does get cold. Love your channel ❤ god Bless
