    歯石や舌の状態、虫歯が深刻になっていましたか。
    りお先生に確認して頂いてよくわかりました。
    舌をキレイにするジェルがあるんですね、スーッとしますね！

    歯も勿論ですが、歯と歯の間や歯茎も含めてしっかり磨いて清潔に保つ大切さを改めて実感しました。
    歯がどんどん白くピカピカになって、見違えますね！
    いつの間にか3月になり、時が経過するのが早いですね。
