which team is more effective and stronger? I compare Ganyu to Mona and Diona because I need archers in the team

I'm gunning for Ganyu to have the same team for the first half. I'm already using double geo, double pyro on the second half. Smooth rotations. Gonna take note of those.

But i have venti and shenhe.
But i like using ganyu more because of her consistent dmg and buff.
