This is the home of Chung Yong-jin, the Chairman of Shinsegae Group and responsible for managing E-Mart. Chung, who lived in Bundang after his divorce from actress Go Hyun-jung, returned to this area a few years ago. Within the fence, Chung’s house and his mother Lee Myung-hee’s house are adjacent to each other. The two mansions are connected by a skybridge on the second floor, making them easily accessible. From the skybridge, the mother and son can look down on the home of Annie’s family Annie’s parents and younger sister live in this home, which has a total floor area of 2,862㎡ on a 1,759㎡ lot. The government’s assessed value is $21.34 million, making it the most expensive house in Korea. The chairman of Meritz Group, Korea’s richest stockholder, is doing construction next to Annie’s house. The land on which Annie’s house sits belongs to her mother, and the house belongs to her maternal grandmother. Despite being the most expensive house in Korea, Annie’s mother wants to expand the mansion. Mom purchased an additional house right next door, completed demolition, and plans to begin construction soon. She may be considering a dance practice room or recording studio for her daughter, Annie, an idol singer. ADP is currently living in a dorm, but like most idols, they will move out in 4-5 years.
