Ver. 13.3. update. Today, 2024/03/28, Ver. 13.3 update was released. We will take a quick look at all the new elements. There is no new 3rd form with this material. Recently, the 4th form has been implemented, so the new 3rd form is more likely to be ignored than before.

So, as a new 4th form, Princess Kaguya has evolved this time. The 4th form is a return to the original small unit from the large unit of the 3rd form. This is a pleasant surprise. I have high expectations for the future Ultra Souls 4th form units.

Kaguya Hime also has a new ability, “Metal Killer”. Information & testing will be explained in the next video. So, since there is no new 3rd form unit, I will start by introducing the new Talent implementation unit.

The Talent implementation unit this time is Volta. Volta was implemented as a 3rd form unit a long time ago, so it has not been enhanced in a long time. Volta’s Talent lineup includes The first is An Ancient Curse immunity. It can be released for NP100 to get the curse immunity.

The second is a slow immunity movement. It can be released at NP100 to get slow immunity. The third is freeze immunity. You can release it with NP100 to get freeze immunity. The fourth and fifth are the usual basic status increases. By setting it to Lv.10, HP /ATK power is increased by 1.2 times.

So, the stats of Voli with all Talents released are as shown above. She got 3 debuff immunity ability. It is very easy to understand Talent. At Lv.50, her HP is over 100,000 and her ATK power is about 65,000. DPS is also over 10,000 from about 9,000.

Gigavolta is mainly used as a debuffer, but it still seems to be able to generate ATK power of over 10,000 DPS. I don’t have massive damage etc., so the damage is as it is. Against aliens RESISTANT has, so with CotC cristals completed, the HP against aliens is 518,400.

And the three talents of debuff immunity ability are freeze immunity, slow immunity, and curse immunity. I think this is a good lineup of debuff immunity. I freeze aliens, but my opponent’s freeze is immunity. And there is also a curse immunity to prevent the alien from sealing the immunity.

Curse immunity is especially good. Even if you have a stage with “reliability” or “Curseblast”, you can use it without being sealed by “ability”. However, it does not have “resistant” against relic, so you don’t want to be attacked even if you are facing Othom or others.

Unfortunately, Gigavolta’s identity titi, freeze debuff, has not been enhanced. Since the freeze probability is already 100%, it would have been nice if Talent had come along that would have increased the freeze time even more. Since there was no enhancement with Talent, the freeze time remains around 4 seconds as before.

It seems that this area will be enhanced in the 4th form. Or maybe it will be indirectly enhanced by adding surge like Lilin. That’s all for the introduction of Gigavolta. The next Talent unit to be added is Kubilan Pasalan from Lugas. It has been a long time since Gigavolta has been enhanced.

A while ago, I posted a video about Kubilan Pasalan’s Talent being neglected, and now Talent has finally been added in Ver. 13.3. So let’s start with the Talent lineup.

The first is the addition of anti-metal slow debuff. The first is the addition of an anti-metal slow debuff, which at Lv.10 has a 100% chance to slow for 4 seconds. The second is wave damage immunity. It can be released at NP100 to get wave immunity.

The third is Surge Damage RESIST . By setting it to Lv.10, it reduces surge damage by 50%. The fourth and fifth are the usual basic status increases. By setting it to Lv.10, it increases HP /ATK power by 1.2 times. So, these are the stats of Kubilan Pasalan with all Talents released.

Kubilan Pasalan in its 3rd form is characterized by its ability to unleash a 100% critical wave. It is a nice unit that can wipe out small metal. Kubilan Pasalan has been given slow debuff as a further anti-metal enhancement. It has a 100% chance to slow for 4 seconds (4.8 seconds with cristals completed).

Kubilan Pasalan has only 1,620 ATK power at Lv.50 even after Talent release. Since the original is low, multiplying by 1.2 makes almost no difference. Even with critical damage, it is only 3,200, so there are many metals that cannot be defeated, but Talent can contribute by debuffing them.

I am glad that it is 100%debuff. Another thing worth noting is Talent for wave immunity. It is now immune to wave damage. This makes it much easier to use against metal opponents that wave. Effective against CyberFace and Koronium.

Kubilan Pasalan has none of the recovery stats that characterize Lugas, and would normally die instantly after being hit by a wave from CyberFace or the like.

However, now that he has wave immunity, he can fight as long as he is not attacked directly. I am happy because I no longer have to think about the timing of the attack.

If the timing of the attack is good, it was possible to defeat the opponent with a preemptive attack before the opponent attacked, but now with wave immunity, it is okay even if the attacker cannot attack first.

We also gained surge resist, but note that this is not surge immunity. If you get hit by a surge castle attack, you will die instantly even if you have resist. Kubilan Pasalan’s HP is still low, so be careful not to be directly attacked when fighting a metal with a wave.

That’s all for Kubilan Pasalan. And now, let’s talk about the enemy book. This update has greatly updated the enemy directory. First of all, seasonal enemies are now included. Previously, only permanent enemies that appeared in Legendary Stages were listed, but now enemies that appear in various Regular Event Stages are also listed.

There are no descriptions, but only names are listed, which is good. There are a few enemies whose official names I learned for the first time. There are even three kinds of big balls and three kinds of wind. There are no collaboration-only enemies.

And second, enemy attributes and ability icons have been added. If you look at the upper right corner, you can see the information of the enemy’s ability. There are new icons for enemies such as “death surge” and “aku shield” which are not available for allies.

Enemies that were previously listed also have new icons. Behemoth icons are now displayed next to the attribute icons. One thing I noticed is that some enemies have warp immunity. I don’t see any units with warp debuff on my side….

I will take this as another step forward in the possibility of implementing a warp-carrying ally. Finally, Ultra Talent and other new elements. Ultra Talent has now been implemented in Ruri. The lineup consists of three types: speed up, dodge attack, and freeze immunity. There are no additional Talent Orb slots.

I will introduce Ruri in another video when I feel like it. Also, Haniwanwan’s Colossus boss has been implemented. Talent Orb of relic has been implemented, so this is something to look forward to.
