ベトナムの秘境で見つけた泥風呂に入る。濃厚な泥にまみれる温泉女子。

Trying a mud bath for the first time in my life Hello, it’s Yuka here Today, I’m at the mud bath in Nha Trang It’s located in Nha Trang, Vietnam In a really local spot I went to the beach the other day Then we took a taxi down some really rural roads

Driving through the mountains, there were lots of stray dogs around. After about a 30-minute drive, we finally got there. Like Doraemon was there to welcome us. They definitely probably didn’t get permission for that. I haven’t gone inside yet, though.

I haven’t seen what it’s like inside yet, so I’m really looking forward to it. This is my first time with mud baths. I wonder what it’s like? *I’m a bit nervous since it’s my first time in a mud bath. I can’t quite imagine it, but I’m going to check it out.

It’s said to make your skin really smooth if you soak in it. When you go inside, it looks like this. I just checked in now. The person at the reception had really beautiful skin. There were three of them, and all had beautiful skin. *Really high expectations for the effects of the mud bath.

They sell some amazing swimsuits here. They’re super cute! *There were also some people who spoke quite a bit of Japanese. I’m so proud of myself for buying a new swimsuit just for today. Ta-da! I’ve changed into it. *I deliberately chose a white bikini. I thought it would show the mud more clearly.

I’m wearing a white bikini, but… It turns out, there’s hardly anyone else wearing bikinis here. The staff member just told me in English, The staff asked me if it’s okay that my swimsuit might get dirty. *I’m the type who just says OK when I’m not sure. Later on, I realized what they meant.

And I was like, “Oh, that’s what they meant.” It seems like the stains probably won’t come out. Well… Well… I guess I’ll just go ahead with it, prepared for what may happen. My feet are sore. *Before the mud bath, you can also soothe your feet on the rocks. oh Look

*There’s a lot of mud being released. They’re already putting in the muddy water. Wow, amazing. It kind of has the vibe of a regular open-air bath. The atmosphere is really nice. Isn’t it beautiful? The mud bath filled up in just a minute. *First, we receive various instructions.

*I have a completely clueless look on my face. *I’m good at pretending to understand, even when I don’t. High It gets really dirty… Eww *If it feels gross, it feels gross, can’t help it. Here I go, getting in. 1,2,3 Just getting in a bit and I’m already this dirty.

Crazy, it’s like my swimsuit was originally this color. It’s a thick and slimy feeling, but it’s really comfortable. But it’s kind of… weirdly slimy. This mud is said to have skin beautifying effects. It’s supposed to be good for beauty too. So, let’s put a lot in and let it penetrate the skin.

*I wanna get my money’s worth, so I’m absorbing a lot. Can you feel this thickness? I guess it’s hard to convey through text, lol Yeah. *I guess as you get used to it, it stops feeling gross. They say you can use this for about 20 minutes, so… After being in this for 20 minutes…

I went to the shower with the water pouring down. And it seems there’s also a regular hot spring here, There are so many different types, it’s amazing. It’s incredibly fulfilling. The atmosphere is like this, and it’s quite deep. I wonder if the spaciousness is coming across.

*Please comment if you’d like to join me in the mud bath. My goal for this year is to… I also want to make beauty a goal, so… things like this mud bath. I want to do a lot of beauty-related things like that. Is this considered beauty-related?

Should I aim to become a beauty YouTuber? It’s a beauty-focused channel. I wonder if there are mud baths in Japan too? I tried googling, but it didn’t show up at all. I came all the way to Vietnam, but… Has anyone here ever been in a mud bath?

It’s a beauty-focused channel. I’m waiting for offers. It’s really itchy, but there’s definitely mud on my face, right? *I’m painting mud on my own face. I don’t know if it’s on my face. But it seems like it’ll create some nice shading. I want to put it on my face, but…

I’m scared because I don’t have the courage to do it if it doesn’t come off. There’s no way it won’t come off, right? I was imagining things too much. If it doesn’t come off, I’ll turn this color. Can you still support me even if I look like this?

Even with a face covered in mud Will you still love me even with a face covered in mud? :Enjoying the mud bath to the fullest I guess it’s better as it is. But it definitely feels like it’s good for the skin. This creamy feeling is… I already feel like I’ve become fairer.

My skin is getting better. I’m really looking forward to what comes after the mud bath. What should I do if I become all slimy… I’ll have to repeat it. Then I’ll move to Vietnam. The temperature of the mud bath is around 102℉ It’s a bit on the warm side.

It’s like a carbonated bath. It’s not too hot, though. But the weather is really nice, so… A slightly lukewarm temperature might be just right. Ta-da THE MUD WOMEN (New Avengers) I really like mud baths, so… I’ll try it at home when I return to Japan.

I didn’t know they had swimsuit rentals here. I brought my own swimsuit, but… *I’m the only one who brought a swimsuit. On the contrary, it’s embarrassing. Everyone else had regular swimsuits provided, but… But I brought mine, and since I brought it all the way here… I wore my own, though.

I wonder what they think of me. *I feel like I’m getting a lot of stares. I wonder how they make this mud. Is it real mud? It seems like they collected good ingredients from real mud to make it. Is that the impression you’re getting? It’s completely unknown, this mud.

I went to the night market the day before yesterday, but… It’s called the Ben Thanh Market in Vietnam. I went to the most bustling night market. I had some shrimp. And those shrimp were incredibly delicious. I should say, it’s not just that the shrimp were delicious, but…

The seasoning for the shrimp was incredibly tasty. It had flavors of salt, lemon, and chili pepper. It had a sour, salty, and spicy taste. *Having too limited vocabulary to convey it properly. Well, in the end, I got ripped off, so… I’m debating whether to go tomorrow or not…

But it’s delicious, so maybe just for the shrimp I’m thinking of going to eat tomorrow. I can’t forget about those shrimp. It seems like those shrimp might even appear in my dreams. From Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam today, I moved to Nha Trang from Ho Chi Minh City by plane.

It takes about 1 hour by plane. When I checked in I was offered an upgrade to first class for 100,000 dong, and If it was 100,000 dong, it’s about $5, so It’s cheap, and if you can fly first class, that’s great, so I thought I changed to first class, but

It didn’t feel like first class at all… *It felt like a regular seat, and I couldn’t tell the difference from the economy class. I was just a few rows ahead, maybe around the third row from the front. Moreover, I couldn’t even use the lounge or anything like that. Feeling…

Feeling nothing in the first class The seating space was the same, like, just regular seats, you know. I was deceived. First-class scam. *I’ll unwind the fake first-class fatigue in a mud bath. *I feel like my legs are gradually turning to jelly. Recovered from the fake first-class fatigue. 20分経ったから出てシャワー浴びてきます

It’s been 20 minutes, so I’ll go take a shower now. I’m soaking in the hot spring. This is supposed to be an herbal bath. Seems like this is good for beauty too. OMG, I was trying so hard to protect my hair from getting wet.

I ended up getting completely soaked in the shower all at once. This hot spring here is infused with these herbs, and there’s also a regular hot spring available. The herbal one here costs around 100,000 dong. It’s about a 700 yen difference.

But it was recommended in the description, so I went for this one. I decided to go with this one. I think 700 yen is quite a bit of money in Vietnam, equivalent to 100,000 dong. Prices are lower here, so that’s probably why 700 yen feels relatively expensive. The mud bath was really great.

*If you register, you can get smooth skin without even entering the mud bath. It might be one of those products where the effects slowly become noticeable over time. In order to enter this mud bath I flew for about 1 hour to get to Nha Trang.

But I really wanted to experience the mud bath, so… It was definitely worth the trip. Yeah. I woke up at 4 in the morning today, and Left the hotel at 5, and Boarded a flight at 7, and Arrived at around 8 am.

It was really early in the morning, so I’m super tired, you know? But once this mud bath is over I’m thinking of taking a little break, so It’s just a day trip today, but I have another flight at 8 in the evening tonight. I have free time until then. What should I do?

I don’t travel much, I haven’t been to places like Thailand or anywhere this year yet, I did go to Thailand, I’m not really used to traveling much, I sometimes don’t know what to do with my free time either, it can be a bit confusing.

I sometimes think I’d like to visit night markets or something every day, you know? I get tired in the evenings, though. I want to build up my stamina, so I’m swimming all the way back to Japan. (no joke) I took a super high-pressure and seemingly painful shower, and finally…

The mud bath is over, so I’m going to take a shower now. It’s probably going to be painful for sure. cold!! *The water temperature is apparently -100°F, so it’s quite cold. For some reason, the final part is really cold with ice-cold water. And that’s it for the mud bath!
