余計なお世話かも知れませんが、コンロからカーテンが近すぎたのがチョット気になりました。
お二人の事なので防炎カーテンだと思いますが、燃えない訳では無いそうなのでお気をつけて下さい。

外気温がー5°Cとのことですが、一生懸命に取り組んだ断熱効果はいかがでしたか？（もしも、外気温と車内温度の比較をされていれば教えてください。）また、電気式毛布など暖を取る器具を使われましたか？
広々してて快適そうですね！
調理台の板跳ね上げた状態で調理するのかと思っていたんですが、板の上でコンロ使うとなると、コンロのすぐ後ろがカーテンなのがちょっと危ないかなーと思いました。

私も中古のキャンピングカーを購入して楽しく旅をしています。
動画配信で気付いたのですが、調理台でのカセットガスでの使用ですが、目の前にカーテンが有るのでステン版などで囲った方が安心かと、もしカーテンに引火してはと少し気に成りました。
