沖縄出身のモデルで女優の玉城ティナさんが出演している映画「天の茶助」の特別映像が6月30日、公開された。玉城さんは、俳優の松山ケンイチさん演じる主人公、早乙女茶助の妹・早乙女茶子役で映画デビューし、特別映像には玉城さんが土佐弁を披露しているシーンが収録されている。6月2日に行われた完成披露試写会では、共演者の大杉漣さんや伊勢谷友介さんらからも「堂々と演技していた」と称賛されていた。

The teaser trailer of the movie “Chasuke’s Journey”, in which model and actress Tamashiro from Okinawa took on an acting role, was released on June 30th. This is the first time, Tamashiro has been involved in acting, playing Saotome Chaco – the little sister of Saotome Chasuke, who is the protagonist played by Kenichi Matsuyama. The trailer features scenes in which Tamashiro speaks the Tosa dialect.
