a question regarding pity system. do pity carry over after a new update. For example if i didnt get ayaka in 3.5 update then can i get baizhu in 3.6 update?

but the game is kinda glitchy rn. my ayaka isn't able to infuse her attack with cryo, her e heals and somehow how she has a toddler player model. hope hoyo fixes the glitch soon so i can test my ayaka freeze comp in the abyss🙌
