2012年の第13回「全日本国民的美少女コンテスト」でグランプリに輝いた吉本実憂さんが12月13日、初主演映画「ゆめはるか」（五藤利弘監督）の初日舞台あいさつに登場した。
映画は、病に向き合う人々の現実や、「生きたい」と願う人々の明日への希望を描いた作品。ジュニアオリンピック出場を期待される短距離走記録を持つ15歳の少女・本田遥（吉本さん）は、ある日、突然脳腫瘍が見つかり、母（山村美智さん）に付き添われながら入院することになる。ランナーの夢を断たれ、不安の中にいる遥は、父（山寺宏一さん）や妹（高橋美波さん）に支えられ、白血病と闘う友人や主治医に励まされながら治療を受けていく……というストーリー。舞台あいさつには、山村さん、鳥羽潤さん、渋谷飛鳥さん、高橋さんらが登場した。

Yoshimoto Miyu, who won the Grand Prix at the “”13th Japan Nationwide Bishojo Contest”” in 2012, appeared at the stage greetings event on the first screening day of the movie “”Shadow of Dream”” (directed by Goto Toshihiro) in which she plays the main role for the first time, held on December 13th.
The movie depicts the reality of the people when facing diseases, and the wish for tomorrow of people who “”wants to live””.
