2019年7月18日の京アニ事件から今日で2年が経ちました。
当時はドイツでもかなり大きく報道され、事件の凄惨さを思い知らされたのを鮮明に覚えています。
先日ドイツでも劇場版『ヴァイオレット・エヴァーガーデン』が公開され観に行ってきました。私を含め多くの観客が涙していたのを見て、日本アニメの力を強く強く感じた瞬間でもありました。
改めて被害に遭われた方々に心よりお見舞いと、亡くなられた方々へのご冥福をお祈り申し上げます。
Two years have passed since the Kyoto Animation arson attack on July 18, 2019.
It was also widely reported in Germany, and I vividly remember that I was made aware of the horror of the incident.
Recently, the movie version of “Violet-Evergarden” was released in Germany and I went to see it. Many spectators, including myself, were touchted by the movie and wept from the beautiful scenes and thoughtful story. It was also a moment when I felt the power of Japanese animation.
I would like to express my deepest sympathies to the victims and pray for the souls of them.
