Risa Aizawa is active as a model and idol in Japan and abroad.
.
RASIKI, is a photographer who has lived a free and intense life, specializing in capturing moments with vivid contrasts and approaching the subject with delicate emotions.
.
The two artists, who have become friends, developed this series of works, “I am Risa,” in order to learn more about themselves.
.
RASIKI’s photographs of Risa are more than just an idol’s snapshots; they reveal the emotions hidden in her memories and consciousness. Sometimes one can see an intense presence, while at other times a quiet harmony is captured. Together, they empathize with each other’s way of life, projecting themselves into their work in order to create a more multifaceted vision.
