【Notes】
*Please be sure to bring your passport to the venue on the day of the performance.
*Upon entry, we will verify your identity using your ticket and the passport you have with you. If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny you entry.
*Children aged 3 and older require a paid ticket. However, if a seat is required, even children under 2 years old need one ticket per person. Children under 2 years old who do not require a seat may sit on the lap of one guardian per child.
*All attendees will undergo baggage inspection and metal detector screening.
*The organizers may publicly share video and photographic recordings taken within the venue, including the audience area.
*Bringing alcohol into the venue is prohibited on the day of the event. Entry will also be denied to anyone under the influence of alcohol.

*All tickets will be delivered as smartphone e-tickets.
Receiving tickets requires registration (free) with the Tixplus e-ticket app, which must be completed during the ticket application process.
The person attending the event must apply for the tickets themselves.
Name changes after application will not be accepted.
Transferring tickets between family members or friends is strictly prohibited.
No changes will be accepted for any reason whatsoever. Please ensure all information is correct and complete when applying.
Admission will be denied to anyone other than the registered applicant, regardless of reason.
*Please note that no refunds will be issued for ticket fees or other charges, even if admission is denied.
*Pre-ticketing is a method that provides an opportunity to purchase tickets prior to the general sale.
All seats are assigned by lottery, so we cannot guarantee that seats in the front rows will be available.
*We do not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through auction sites, ticket resale shops, or private transactions.
Ticket transfer or resale is strictly prohibited.

＜Regarding Electronic Ticket Applications＞
■ Both the applicant and accompanying guests must register for a free Tixplus membership to use electronic tickets.

■ When applying, proceed using the applicant’s Plus member ID and password. You will need to enter the accompanying guest’s Plus member ID and registered phone number.
When applying for two tickets, please have the accompanying person’s Plus member ID and registered phone number ready in advance.
■ If the phone number is incorrectly registered, the ticket cannot be displayed. Please ensure the number is entered correctly.
We cannot accommodate phone number changes after application.
■ If the accompanying person does not have a smartphone, please enter “09099999999” in the accompanying person’s mobile phone number field.
If you do not have a Plus member ID, please create one before applying.
Tickets for all attendees will be displayed on the applicant’s smartphone. Please ensure all attendees enter together.

■Applications are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a lottery system, so please apply at your convenience during the application period.
■Lottery results will be announced after 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 8 (JST).
■Limited to two tickets per person.
■Applications are limited to one per person per performance. (You may apply to multiple performances)
■We cannot accommodate applications with changes to the applicant or accompanying person, or changes to the desired ticket type. Refunds will not be issued in the unlikely event of duplicate wins.
■In addition to the ticket price, various fees such as a system usage fee will be charged at the time of purchase.
■For wheelchair users attending on the day of the performance, to prepare space, please contact the inquiry desk after purchasing your ticket and at least a day before the performance. Be sure to provide: [①Name ②Phone Number ③Whether accompanied or not (Name of Companion) ④Seat Number]. We will subsequently provide entry instructions. Only one companion may accompany individuals requiring assistance, but a ticket is required for the companion. Depending on circumstances, the companion may be asked to watch from their own seat. Please note that we may ask to see proof of disability, such as a disability certificate, for verification purposes.
■ Purchases for resale are strictly prohibited.
■ When purchasing multiple tickets, seats next to each other may not be available.
■ Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, modified, or canceled for any reason.
■ Please note that fees will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or other circumstances.
