Introducing Lenovo’s new tablet for the Japanese market. The device is called the Lenovo Yoga Tab. The name suggests it’s a “non-branded” version of the Yoga Tab Plus. It’s scheduled for release on September 26, 2025. The Plus will be released in January 2025. The official price as of the time of video creation is ¥63,800, compared to ¥89,980 for the Plus. This represents a cost reduction of over ¥20,000. It features an 11.1-inch, 3.2K screen, Puresight Pro display, Dolby Vision support, 800nits peak brightness, Gorila Glass 7i, and a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz. It measures 255.5mm wide x 165.8mm high, 6.2mm thin, and weighs 458g. It continues to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 CPU, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and no external storage . It features a 13-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It also features a dual-camera setup with a 13-megapixel front camera . It also has an 8860mAh battery. Supports up to 45W fast charging. Runs Android 15 with three OS upgrades and four years of security updates. Wi-Fi version 7 and Bluetooth version 5.4. This is a Wi-Fi-only model. Other features include a genuine speaker (Lenovo Premium Audio System). Includes a stylus pen. Available in a single color, Seashell. This device is a semi-high-end tablet. Its CPU benchmark score is in the 1.7 to 2 million range. Lenovo continues to use the same CPU as the Legion Tab and Lenovo Tab Plus. This device feels like a slightly smaller version of the Plus, which is classified as a large tablet. However, its performance and features are similar enough to make it clear that it’s part of the same series. There are some differences, such as reduced memory capacity and a return to the original speaker, consistent with the price difference. On the other hand, there are some areas where it’s better than the Plus, such as the glass material being labeled and the higher resolution. The high refresh rate remains unchanged.
