Introducing the Samsung Electronics Galaxy tablet. The device is called the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite (Japan version), which is being released early. The difference between it and the Galaxy S10 FE is that it will be released on September 19, 2025. While the standard price at the official store exceeds ¥50,000, there are pre-order discounts available. It’s an attractively priced device. For reference, the prices of the S10 Lite and S11 (unbranded version) are as shown below. Pre-ordering will cost about half the price of the S10 FE. Introducing the Lite’s performance and features: 10.9-inch WQXGA+ TFT display (no peak brightness). Its dimensions are 254.3mm, height 165.8mm, thickness 6.6mm, weight 524g, and refresh rate up to 90Hz. It features an Exynos 1380 CPU , 6GB RAM, and 128GB storage (external storage not supported). The camera is 8MP main + 5MP front, the battery is 8000mAh (25W fast charging), and the water and dust resistance rating is IP42. It protects against solid objects larger than 1mm and protects against water drops at a 15° tilt . The OS is equivalent to Android 15. It includes up to seven generations of OS upgrades and security updates. Wi-Fi 6 (Wi-Fi only model). Bluetooth version 5.3. Other features include fingerprint authentication, dual speakers, and an S Pen. There is no headphone jack. Available in three colors: gray, silver, and coral red. This device is a mid-range tablet. The CPU scores approximately 500,000 to 614,000 points. It uses a CPU that is relatively common in smartphones and tablets, even for an in-house product . In terms of performance, this device is positioned as a budget version of the FE. The CPU has been upgraded from mid-high to mid-range, and the rating has been upgraded from the highest-end IP68 to IP42, which is only water-resistant. The camera performance has also returned to the pixel count of its predecessor, the S10 FE, but considering the price range and the fact that I’m not buying this device for the camera alone, I personally think this is a good cost-cutting decision. The coral red coloring is attractive. It ‘s more affordable than the original model or the FE, which helps give it an impression of being more accessible. That’s all for today’s video.
