The headquarters of THEBLACKLABEL, founded by former YG producer Teddy, is located on Itaewon Street. THEBLACKLABEL, home to Taeyang, Rosé, and Park Bo-gum, recently launched the idol group ALLDAY PROJECT. Annie, a rapper of ALLDAY PROJECT and the daughter of the chairman of Shinsegae Department Store, lives nearby. ADP’s first single, “FAMOUS,” became a sensation, topping the “M Countdown” chart just 11 days after its release. ADP is chasing after Demon Hunters’ “Golden,” which has been holding the top spot on the Melon charts for a long time. ADP members Annie, Tarzan, Bailey, Woochan, and Youngseo were already well-known talents even before their debut. Annie has garnered significant attention for her work beyond music, as she is the daughter of a wealthy family. Annie Moon Seoyoon is a 4th-generation chaebol, with the founder of Samsung Group as her great-grandfather. Fascinated by Big Bang and 2NE1, the girl persuaded her family to pursue her dream of becoming a singer. Annie passed an audition at age 16 and trained for seven years before debuting in June 2025. Annie currently lives with the ADP members in a dormitory provided by her company. Behind the high, rounded walls lies “ODD ATELIER,” founded by BLACKPINK’s Jennie. Lisa and Jisoo also started their own companies, and Rosé signed with THEBLACKLABEL, ADP’s agency. Jennie is not currently at ODD ATELIER, as BLACKPINK is on tour in Europe in August. Teddy launched ADP while Rosé was on BLACKPINK’s world tour with YG Entertainment. Based on the alley you’re walking down, Itaewon-dong is on the left, and Hannam-dong is on the right. Today, our destination is Hannam-dong, where Annie’s parents and the Shinsegae family live. A daughter of LG Group Chairman Koo Bon-moo lives in a beautiful two-story house near the intersection. This is the construction site of the new home of Lee Seo-hyun, the younger sister of Samsung Chairman Lee Jae-yong. This land used to be a cemetery, but she’s building a massive mansion, unconcerned. Across the street is the two-story, four-basement mansion where SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won resides. Chairman Chey is in the midst of a divorce lawsuit with his wife over the division of $1.5 billion in assets. This house, which utilizes skylights for privacy, is home to the CEO of Kyowon Kumon. This is the home of the SPC Group chairman of Paris Baguette, who is in trouble due to an accident at a baking factory. Annie’s maternal grandma and the General Chairwoman of Shinsegae Group, the 11th-largest conglomerate in Korea, lives in this alley. General Chairwoman Lee Myung-hee, now over 80, passed E-Mart to her son and department store to her daughter. This is the home of Chung Yong-jin, the Chairman of Shinsegae Group and responsible for managing E-Mart. Chung, who lived in Bundang after his divorce from actress Go Hyun-jung, returned to this area a few years ago. Within the fence, Chung’s house and his mother Lee Myung-hee’s house are adjacent to each other. The two mansions are connected by a skybridge on the second floor, making them easily accessible. From the skybridge, the mother and son can look down on the home of Annie’s family Annie’s parents and younger sister live in this home, which has a total floor area of 2,862㎡ on a 1,759㎡ lot. The government’s assessed value is $21.34 million, making it the most expensive house in Korea. The chairman of Meritz Group, Korea’s richest stockholder, is doing construction next to Annie’s house. The land on which Annie’s house sits belongs to her mother, and the house belongs to her maternal grandmother. Despite being the most expensive house in Korea, Annie’s mother wants to expand the mansion. Mom purchased an additional house right next door, completed demolition, and plans to begin construction soon. She may be considering a dance practice room or recording studio for her daughter, Annie, an idol singer. ADP is currently living in a dorm, but like most idols, they will move out in 4-5 years. Let’s go around to the back to see more of Annie’s house. This is the best vantage point for the mansion, which was previously hidden behind a high wall. Built in 2011, this mansion has one floor above ground and two basement levels, an elevator, and parking for 17 cars. Annie, born with nothing to lose, longed to become a singer, and finally achieved her dream. Like Ham Yeon-ji from OTTOKI, Annie may one day leave her fans behind to pursue business studies in about 10 years.     Building any type of property or business on a Cemetry land by law removes any scope of taxes, even property bill taxes , maybe that’s why she’s building building her house there because that house is massive I don’t know if this is also a lot in Korea, most likely, so it’s kind of like a universal and the other two factors that can be into place is that symmetry lands are usually far cheaper. Then they’re surrounding lands and or maybe because this is a famous area only cemetery land was available to buy! Many rich/wealthy people do this
