Today I’m on my way to Jamsil Baseball Stadium! Last time, I was here cheering for the Doosan Bears, but this time…
I’m actually throwing the ceremonial first pitch! Yay~! I’ve been practicing a lot, but it’s monsoon season lately,
so there’s been talk of rain… Right now the weather’s all over the place like sun showers
and scattered showers and it’s kind of wild. But today, I’m going to be both the weather fairy and the good luck charm for victory! Let’s go! Fighting! Q. What are you most looking forward to in today’s game? Last time, I didn’t get to see a home run
so I really want to see it today! While I didn’t come here, they got new mascots! There are 3 of them,
so if I get a chance to see all of them, it will be great I only got to see in picture named Begle, I really want to see him We’re getting closer to the stadium now, and I started to feel nervous so see you at the stadium! When I arrived, Cheolwoong was already out front to greet me! He even welcomed me with bubbles and it was so sweet! I walked in with a full Cheolwoong escort, Cheolwoong was focused on escort,
he bumped into the wall 😂 Finally made it to the waiting room! Finally made it to the waiting room! Doosan prepared a special jersey just for me ❤️ It even has my name on it and the number 37! You probably don’t know why I chose that number, right? Well, in Japanese, 3 = “mitsu” and 7 = “nanatsu,” so 3-7 can sound like “Mi-na.”
That’s why I picked it and it feels like my number! 😊 It’s actually one of my favorite numbers. And I’ll be wearing this for the first pitch! Time to transform How do I look?! The size fits perfectly,
and I think it looks great on me 🙂 Q. Did you practice a lot for the first pitch? Actually, yes! I practiced in Japan,
and then again right after I arrived in Korea! I realized that when I try too hard to be perfect,
my form gets shaky So instead, I’m trying to stay relaxed and calm.
I think that’s the best mindset to throw a good pitch I’ll do my best and give you a great first pitch,
fighting! Ahhh, I’m so nervous! First, I need to stretch and warm up my body! I was really getting into it… And honestly, if you just saw me warming up, you’d probably think I was today’s starting pitcher 😂 Let’s head over to the practice mound Time to start first pitch training! I’m so nervous…! Just arrived at the practice area! I’ll get in a few more stretches before the coach arrives! ⭐ Doosan Bears’ ace ⭐ Kwak Bin is here! Today, I’m going to learn how to throw the first pitch from Kwak Bin himself! First, you have to watch the sign, right? Check the sign! Then step your leg back and throw like this! Let me try throwing just like he showed me! Oh?! That actually felt good! I feel like I’m improving by the minute, right?!
Getting better fast! Good~ I think I’ve got the hang of it now! Thank you so much for the amazing guidance, seriously 😊 Let’s head out, it’s time for the first pitch! Right before stepping onto the field… The most nerve-wracking moment! (Cheolwoong… what are you doing…?) Of course, Cheolwoong got caught goofing off and got scolded!
Alright, here we go! Wish me luck! Today’s ceremonial first pitch will be delivered by actress Fujii Mina! Please give her a big round of applause! Hello, I’m actress Fujii Mina! Yay~ Thank you all so much for coming out, even in this hot weather. I’ll be cheering with all my heart today too.
Let’s go, Doosan Bears! Please enjoy Fujii Mina’s first pitch! And one more warm round of applause for her amazing throw! That was such a nerve-wracking moment! But I’m so relieved everything went smoothly 🥹 Wrapped it all up with a commemorative photo and that’s a wrap on today’s first pitch! 😆 Everyone! The first pitch is done! I was honestly so nervous my hands were shaking, but once I stepped onto the field, I could really feel the passion and energy from the crowd. It was such a moving moment,
nervous, but also unforgettable… * And I’m not sure if I’m even allowed to say this, but Cheolwoong was next to me and sweetly asked,
“Are you okay with this distance?” He was so thoughtful…
I almost fell for him right then and there 😳 Now it’s time for Doosan to win! Let’s head to the game! The match has finally started! It rained just a little earlier, which cooled everything down,
now the weather’s perfect for cheering! I think I definitely succeeded as today’s weather fairy!
Now it’s time to become the victory fairy too! Today is Ayaka-chan’s cheerleader debut!
Congratulations on your debut! Ayaka-chan is so cool! And so pretty! Now, time to sit back and really enjoy the game! Watching from here… it makes me want to learn how to play baseball too, it looks so cool! Ahh… we gave up a run already in the first half?
(Feeling a bit down…) But even when I’m down, I can never give up on good food~~ Let’s go with the ultimate combo:
samgyeopsal + kimchi-mari guksu ❤️ The line was so long, but totally worth the wait. I thought about trying something new this time, but honestly… this one’s just unforgettable. I highly recommend it— ⭐ Kimchi-mari Guksu is a must-try ⭐
Out of all the great food at Jamsil Baseball Stadium, this one is hands-down the best! Tasting it again today… yep, still amazing. Remember when you said this would be even better in the summer? Can’t believe that wish came true so soon! I knew I had to come back and have it again
and it’s just as delicious as I remembered. I was enjoying the game, eating and drinking! I ran into some Mint fans at the stadium! They even asked me to sign a baseball, and of course, I did! Thank you so much for always supporting me…! Now I’m cheering with all my heart… T-T Cheolwoong, I see you…
you feel the same way, don’t you… ㅠ_ㅠ And then, it felt like our energy actually worked!! We got on base in the bottom of the 9th! The crowd was on fire, so loud and full of energy! (Careful with the volume 🎤) And in a high-pressure moment, we scored!!
That was amazing… ⭐ Never give up until the very end! Everyone,
I’m serious, don’t ever give up! I seriously almost cried… ㅠㅠ Huge respect to the Doosan fans who kept cheering passionately right up to the final moment. Unfortunately, the game came to an end… But I was honestly moved… Huge round of applause! It was such an incredible match, and it reminded me how powerful it is to keep believing till the very end. Guys, it was a great game and I got emotional
without even realizing it. Massive respect to all the players and you worked so hard! And personally, I’m so grateful for the opportunity to throw the ceremonial first pitch today. Watching the game in person left me totally hyped and once again, I’ve learned that you truly can’t give up until the final play. We almost turned it around at the end, but sadly, we fell short. Still, I’ll keep cheering for Doosan as their #10 power fan forever! Doosan Bears, fighting! 🐻⚾︎
