奇跡!サウジ🇸🇦レストランレポ|人気パビリオンと各国グルメVLOG|事前予約ゼロ|万博2025

Expo 2025!! Starting from Yumeshima Station. The trains run every 2 minutes or so, and I was surprised at how many there were. Last time, I went from the West Gate. I’ve posted the URL of the vlog in the description, so please check it out if you’d like! Reservations for admission are at 10:00! I arrived at the East Gate around 9:50. Since I’m pregnant, I used the priority gates on both sides of the gate. I’m really grateful. I appreciate the consideration. As soon as I entered, I had a quick look at souvenirs… It’s less crowded early in the day, but as time goes on, it gets more crowded. I was able to enter without lining up. My friend’s Sanrio collaboration mascot is too cute. I thought the cute Kankan sweets were nice, but I didn’t end up buying them. I don’t have anyone to give them to. They have everything, from stationery to daily necessities! Amazing. I found a rice scoop!!! It takes quite a while to look at them carefully. I’m planning to take it easy today, so I’ll enjoy it without rushing! My friend bought a handkerchief! The Miyakumyaku is so adorable. Oh! They gave me a bib as a present. I’m so happy… It’s cute and a great souvenir of going to the Expo while pregnant. I said hello to the elegant Miyakumyaku statue and let’s go to tour the pavilions! Oh! All the advance reservations were canceled, so there are none. This is not the first Expo for me or my two friends, so we have already been to different pavilions. We will enjoy the places we have been and the places we haven’t been to, with mutual understanding. First of all, France! It is clearly stated whether there is priority or not. We entered in about 5 minutes. A tapestry of Princess Mononoke. It is so big and woven that it is amazing. I can’t stop staring at it. Wow, I’m in a space covered in Louis Vuitton. Each brand of LVMH, the sponsor, attacks me.
In the courtyard, there is an olive tree that is over 1,000 years old. It weighs 4 tons and was brought from the south of France. What does that mean!? An area themed on wine from the Alsace region. It makes me want to drink wine! !! I want to go to France. An object that connects Japan and France. I feel that the exhibits that take Japan into consideration make it even more attractive. After looking at the exhibits, we went to a small French souvenir shop. Next, let’s go to the next pavilion! America!! This is my first pavilion. There is also a clear priority sign here. Spark, the official mascot, will guide us. He’s cute and chubby. The NASA space development exhibit was impressive. There were many easy-to-understand exhibits such as space, rockets, and the moon! After this, we experienced a rocket launch. Exciting! I was so excited that I screamed!! (lol) I won’t reveal the climax. It was like an attraction and it was fun!! Finally, we saw the moon rocks. I want to go to space someday!! I was getting hungry, so I came to the Philippines pavilion!! Apparently the takeout lunch boxes are delicious!! The exterior is cute, isn’t it? If you look closely, you can see that there are many different patterns of textiles on display. I want to go to the Philippines too. A shop called HAIN. There was a small line, so we waited about 10 minutes. It’s great that you can buy it right away! The menu looks like this. Everything looks delicious… They also have sweets, so it’s good to have them as a dessert after a meal. This time we’ll have rice dishes as the main course! When you order, this is what you get. When it’s ready, it will ring to let you know. About 10 minutes later, we got our treat! We ordered bami guisado, chicken adobo, and lechon pisaya. There were three lumpiang binondo sticks, so we shared them! It’s a taste for Japanese people, and personally I prefer something more authentic. We went to see the Jordan Pavilion… It was very popular, so they were temporarily limiting the number of people entering. We gave up… Kuwait, which is also very popular, was able to enter first, but… You need to show your maternal and child health handbook and you can only bring one companion. I’m here with two friends, so we gave up. By the way, the last time we came (mid-May), we didn’t have to show our maternal and child health handbook, and there was no particular limit on the number of companions. I wonder if there are a lot of changes. Apparently there is a simple form of body painting in Brazil, so I entered with the same enthusiasm as at a school festival! I was able to use the priority lane! Immediately after entering, a mysterious space spreads out before me. What is this… I heard that it represents the cycle of birth and death of life… I found it! This is it. My friend found it for me. I’m in my 30s, so I decided not to show my face. (lol) It ‘s self-painted, so we can have fun by ourselves. Next, we went to the Polish Pavilion. It has a wonderful exterior with a natural atmosphere. We used the priority lane. It’s very helpful because I don’t think I’ll be able to come again due to the amount of exercise and the temperature. The interior of the building smells so good. We made our own original bouquet. I think I did something wrong, and I finished a colorful bouquet that was lush. (lol) There were some plants that were solidified with resin and made into spheres… It was a very personal impression, and it had a MUJI-like atmosphere. It seems that you can get a postcard that catches your eye as a souvenir! Let’s choose one you like! I chose it based on intuition and feeling!! I wanted to put it behind the clear case of my smartphone, but it was exquisitely big. At the shop near the exit, there were sparkly accessories for sale. Beautiful and cute!! After playing around, I started to get hungry, so it’s time for a snack!! My friend said that the crunchy snacks in Singapore are delicious. We arrived excitedly!! The menu of the takeaway shop looks like this. Wow, the main food looks attractive too. I want to eat it. We waited in line for about 10 minutes before entering the shop. It’s very compact, but you can eat in. If you’re lucky, you’ll be lucky. We ordered drinks, roti prata sugar, and fried salted egg custard buns! They were crispy, moderately sweet, and delicious!! They tasted like crunchy pie. Custard buns. They tasted a little different from the custard we’re used to eating. They were just the right size, perfect for a snack! Next, we went to Italy. It was crowded, but we were told that only five groups could enter with priority, so we were allowed in. After we were allowed in line, we waited about 30 minutes. It was quite hot. We visited Italy last time, but it has been renewed! The exhibits and tour route have changed! Let’s start with the famous ones… 30 hearts, if you watch them frame by frame, they look like they are moving. Amazing… The Burial of Christ. A solemn work that draws you in. After that, we went up to the rooftop restaurant floor and went down to the first floor! We came to the India Pavilion. We thought we would have a quick look at the shop to see if they had mangoes, but there was a limit on the number of people allowed in. When we told the pavilion staff that we wanted to buy mangoes, they let us in and said, “You can come in!” When we tried to go to check out the mangoes, we were guided to go this way! We decided to tour inside the pavilion! Then, an Indian folk dance show was about to start, so we went to the event space in a separate room of the India Pavilion. The dance was performed by mainly Japanese people. It’s amazing how many different events are held. I went to a take-out shop at the exit of the pavilion. Mangoes… were sold out. It’s all down to luck whether you can find them or not. I bought a mango lassi. With this in hand, let’s go to Saudi Arabia! We’re here! Saudi Arabia. The 2030 World Expo venue is Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia! I’d love to go there! I asked a staff member standing near the restaurant on the left side of the pavilion about the restaurant queue, and he said that it was currently being limited… Anyway, I decided to take a look around the pavilion. I used the priority lane, but it was very crowded when I went inside! This courtyard plaza was the least crowded. Saudi Arabian buildings feel unique. A different space. An exhibition area where popular Saudi artists are replaced every two and a half weeks. This time, there was art that looked like a hanging scroll in Arabic. Artificial coral made with a 3D printer. 332 pieces of coral will be made during the event and will be returned to the sea in Japan. At the end of the pavilion, there is a shop with a high-end atmosphere. Many of the items are quite expensive. It is a high-quality Saudi shop that does not compromise. The space is like a luxury hotel boutique, which enhances the impression of Saudi Arabia. There is a take-out food shop near the exit. I haven’t given up on the restaurant yet, so I will hold off this time! After this, a miracle happened. This is what happened!!! This is the area near the entrance to the restaurant where we waited. The pavilion staff and restaurant staff inside seemed to respond more to real-time information than the security guards outside. We all wanted to try a Saudi restaurant, so we were all excited and headed to the restaurant entrance… Wow!!! We could see the big door entrance. It was the IRTH restaurant, which we had always wanted to try . They served us a welcome drink with a hint of cardamom. After a bite, we went through the seats inside the restaurant and headed to the terrace. The restaurant has both tatami and table seating. The interior is casual but luxurious. We went to the terrace. You can enjoy the view of the Expo, the large roof ring, and the sky from the terrace seats. At dinner time, the terrace is more elegant.
After we sat down, all the menus were so attractive that we had a hard time deciding… The waiter spoke English and kindly suggested menu items. The course menu for 15,000 yen per person looks like this. We shared the menu! These are all course menus. We will share the a la carte menu later. This is the a la carte menu. The bread comes with two pieces. Drink menu. There are three of us, and we ordered two types of bread, a plate of honeys, a large plate of mufarag, all the desserts, and two drinks each, for a total of about 18,000 yen. Let’s start with the bread. The back is yogurt sauce, and the front is goat milk cream cheese. The flat one is alahmar, and the round one is shriek. I love the simple and slightly sweet dough of the Alahmal! To accompany my meal, I chose from the mocktails! From the front, they are black lemonade, haba lemonade, fresh hibiscus and rose. For 700 to 900 yen, this quality is the best value drink at the Expo. It’s really delicious!! Next is the mufarag. Grilled shrimp on top of rolled barley with plenty of shrimp flavor. The aroma is amazing. Delicious!!! A Saudi dish where you can enjoy shrimp to the fullest. Your mouth will be filled with shrimp happiness. The highlight dish, the honeysuckle, has arrived. I can already see why this place is so popular. I want to come back again! Wow!!! The food exceeded my expectations… Lightly seasoned rice and lamb shoulder cooked for six hours. There are three types of sauce: sesame, honey, and togos sauce (chili sauce). The meat was so tender. Wow, Saudi Arabia is amazing. It felt like I was in a proper Saudi Arabian restaurant. We were enjoying our meal and chatting away, and before we knew it, it was dusk. What a beautiful view. Dessert time! From the front, Mab Sooth, Saudi Trio, and Mahlabia. All of these desserts are exotic yet familiar, and just looking at them makes me excited!! The young man who had been serving me the whole time realized that I was pregnant, and when I tried to order coffee, he said, “I don’t want to serve you coffee because it contains caffeine”!! Even though I told him that I could drink a small amount, he recommended other menu items. It was my first time experiencing something like this, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a mango mocktail. Saudi Trio’s Mohalla. It was said to be a date pudding, but it had a strange taste like date paste. Saudi Trio’s Sagodana. This tasted like something I’d eaten before, mango jelly and soft milk pudding. Of the dishes I had today, this was the one I had never experienced before. Mab Sooth. A strange warm dessert with the sourness of yogurt pudding, dates and ghee. Of all the desserts, I liked this mahalabia the best. The soft rose fragrance, milk pudding and pistachio were delicious! Night had already fallen. It was great to be able to dine leisurely. They set up stylish lamps and the atmosphere was excellent. The restrooms were also clean. A very satisfying Saudi restaurant!! I would like to come again, although it depends on luck!! Ah, I’m so full. This cost about 6,000 yen per person. Considering the average price of Expo food, I thought it was a great deal!! The Spanish Pavilion at night. It was beautiful, like the sun was shining. I went to see if I could enter the Jordan Pavilion. Unfortunately, the Jordan Pavilion had closed its registration. Commons A across the street was shining, so I decided to take a quick look inside! There were stalls from various countries, but I wanted to see the Yemeni goods, so I took a peek there! Wow! So that’s what it was like! It had a fun atmosphere, like a souvenir shop on the street when you’re traveling!! Lots of shiny accessories! I would have liked to buy them if the materials of each item were clearly stated. I arrived at the East Gate. This is the souvenir shop at Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Store! There was a line, but I was able to move through easily and entered in about 10 minutes. A cute monochrome bag with a Myakumyaku motif. The loose Myakumyaku motif is cute. There are also various stickers. The one with a design like the Dango Sankyodai is lovely. The very popular gacha is out of stock. I’m heading home from the East Gate. As I headed for the priority lane on the left near the station… I was able to see a drone show. It was my first time seeing one!! It will be super crowded after this, so I will leave just before it ends. It was a very satisfying Expo!! I don’t think I’ll be able to come again… I am truly grateful for all the consideration. Thank you Expo 2025!!
