Good to see Yuma Yamamoto finally improve on her 5000m PB that she set in her Meijo Uni days (Oct 2022)! Objectively speaking, I think the time, whilst a PB, is still nowhere near fast enough to compete against the top American and Australian athletes, let alone the East Africans. I think she can definitely go faster and maybe one day sub 15min? Congratulations on the win and great job pace making by Nozomi Tanaka.
