odd how people always refer to blood is thicker then water when it's a german term from 1000ad and it refers to children killing their mother. since from the time a child comes out of the water of one's mother it's own life is all that matters thrus killing her if need be to live. germans weren't nice in 1940's do you think they were nicer almost 1000 years back in time?
What's always interesting to me about these stories is that the bio family treats the FL worse than they would any random stranger on the street. Her FAMILY left her to die alone in an abandoned warehouse. They don't give her food or money, confine her to a closet, and don't even know where she goes to school. This is CRIMANAL negligence since she was still a minor. But more than that, it's not indifference, it's HATRED. She was not ignored, she was TERRORIZED.
So why do they come round in the end to beg for forgiveness? Some sins cannot be forgiven. Some wrongs cannot be made right. Just once, I want the family to realize they were wrong and just fade into the night. Wtf is she supposed to do with your apology??? At least she wasn't soft. As soon as she came back, she was done with that trash.
They left the love line with her uncle underdeveloped. Either go big with that or leave them platonic.
