12:03 Horieru is supposed to be the one talking since he's the one reading out the question.
12:27–12:42, Murase and Horieru's Paimon Impressions got swapped (the higher pitched voice is Murase's) I used this vid: https://youtu.be/G3YfBotrMo4?si=QeYKTaJNC3ipZkm1
as reference of Hori's Paimon impression. That's why it got me confused @_@
But if I was mistaken, forgive me as it's pretty difficult to differentiate voices especially if they all talk at the same frequency, manner, and time 😂

Context for 10:54 and 13:27 it's referring to Japanese Slang " 歯抜けボイス / Hanuke Voice / Toothless Voice "
is to describe someone who is toothless where when they speak their speech becomes unclear to hear (usually happen to elderly or children) and in this context refers to the voice actor's technique to imitate that voice, where you have to position the tip of your tongue behind your bottom teeth while speaking.
Girls usually use this technique with a high tone of voice to make their voice sounds Moe/cute, and that's what they thought koga chan did.
