Sogo: The first opening of THE CLUB was terrible. ROLAND: Yup. We logged on to the computer 10 seconds before the opening. The two ROLAND’s Children, Sogo and Seiha who both have been working for ROLAND for over 6 yrs, have experienced the chaotic store openings twice before. ROLAND: The bgm didn’t even turn on during the opening of the second store. While the previous openings were rough, ROLAND got a right-hand man Yushi. (Yushi, 25 yrs old, head of THE CLUB Osaka, had yearly sales of 620 million Yen).

ROLAND: You got the No.1 Host in the history who sold 600 million Yen, and also the Emperor of Kabukicho. Count on us and do your best. There is nothing attractive in a Host that is passive. Try to be active. Remember, we are here for you.

Every single Host at the store is competing against each other trying to get the send back nomination from the two customers.
Send back nomination is a system where the customer decides their favorite Host of the day when they leave the store. This most likely leads to the customer to pick the same Host in the future. Who will earn the send back nomination of the two gals?
Hanamichi: Let me introduce myself! My name is Hanamichi Mitsui, and I used to work for the Yoshimoto Kogyo (famous Japanese comedian agency). (Hanamichi Mitsui, 27 yrs old, hired through the Osaka audition. Former comedian) Hanamichi: Cheers! Customer: Were you a duo when you used to do comedy? Hanamichi Yes!
Customer: How was Yoshimoto Kogyo? Hanamichi: I only got my salary once. Customer: Why?
Hanamichi: It’s only because I wasn’t famous… The only time when I got my salary, I got 300 yen… And it was through bank transfer, so my first salary was gone just with the commission. Hanamichi: Oh… I gotta go now.
There are tons of things the Hosts want to show off the customers, but there is only 10 minutes for the first time. It’s important to allocate the time spent during this short period of time.
Seiha: Hi, I’m Seiya Minami, and this is my former business card. (Minami✩Seiha a.k.a.Crazy Bucks, age n/a, 11 years as a host, changed his name recently. Seiha: This is my artist name. Customer: You sing? Seiha: I do everything from creating the song, singing, and hosting live events.
It’s hard to judge his talents as a Host on the first glance. Seiha: Since we got along, I’d ask you to “expand” the QR code instead of the “domain”? (from the famous manga/anime, Jujutsu Kaisen). Don’t be shy! Customers: I’m good…
Seiha has worked with ROLAND for a while, and was told to try again at the Osaka store, where the talk skills and funniness are important. Customer: Are you good at singing? Seiha: Yes! Customer: I love people who are good at singing. I love singing myself as well.
Seiha: I can tell you are good at it just by listening to you talking. Customer: Well not really. I’m ok with it… but I go to snacks and bars with people, and when they aren’t good at singing, I sing a lot.
Seiha: I get it, you want to show it off right. Customer: And if they are good at singing, I ask them to sing more. Seiha: Great! Because I’m the one that gets asked to sing a lot in those situations.
While his Osaka intonation aren’t stable, he is doing well in terms of living up the atmosphere. On the other hand, Conti who is putting all efforts into his looks as the imitated ROLAND, isn’t doing so well.
Customer: I thought you are ROLAND when I saw you at the entrance. Conti: For real? People always call me ROLAND. (He simply isn’t funny)

Kurea: Conti, I asked you to bring the glass right. And I know it’s new, but customers won’t like it when you bring one that you were holding. Make sure to bring one from the backside with a coaster. Conti: I’m sorry about that. Kurea: Don’t worry.
After Kurea, 16 Hosts were trying their best to earn the send back nomination. The one that was chosen for the send back nomination was… Kurea: Thank you for the nomination. You only remembered me? Thank you so much. Since you nominated me, can you send me something on Line.
