[SUB] 도쿄 디저트 탐방🍵 말차 디저트 편 | 말차 크레페, 말차 푸딩, 말차 라테

Hello, everyone! Today, I want to introduce a dessert with distinct Japanese flavors. It’s a matcha dessert! Wow~ Personally, I find matcha is a bit bitter, and I’m not someone who enjoys eating it that much.

However, when you add the word “dessert” to it, it becomes my preference (Matcha + Dessert = Captured Taste). I really love matcha desserts! Today, first, matcha desserts that you can enjoy on the street. Second, matcha desserts that you can eat according to your own taste.

Third, matcha desserts that you can enjoy in an upscale atmosphere. I’ll introduce these three. Shall we go then? We’re heading to the first shop! *kotobukiseian It seems like I have to place an order through the vending machine first All the menu items are 950 yen. After buying a crepe ticket, I talked about which menu I would like to order. (This was the menu I originally wanted to try!) This one! The creme brulee menu is sold out.

When I asked about the next popular menu, they said it’s called ‘Yasaka’ here. I guess I should order the popular menu. I ordered a Tiramisu crepe with matcha sprinkled (?) on it. Everyone~ Got the food~~~ I’ll go find a place to sit and eat.

Since there’s bench space, I’ll try enjoying it there. Wow~ I’ve seen it a lot on Instagram. (Finally, I can eat it after only seeing the visual on Instagramㅠㅠ) I’m so happy, everyone~ I should show it to you, right~ (Yasaka) Tiramisu matcha crepe. I really feel good~

Still, the line wasn’t ridiculously long today, and I could eat right away in less than 2 minutes, so I’m really happy. Personally, I think crepes can be divided into crispy friends and chewy friends I’ll try it and let you know what it’s like~ One bite~)

Oh? This one is a bit (soft, soft). You get the feeling, right? The texture was chewy. When you eat matcha desserts, you need to be careful, you know? You need to breathe a bit! You know what I mean, right?!

Because matcha powder can stick to your throat, so be careful with that. This also looks like it will be quite rich~ so I’ll try eating it carefully. Carefully lifting the crepe (cut~) Wow, I thought there was only whipped cream, but there’s also a sponge part here.

The inside is quite sweet, but the top part is bitter than I expected. Honestly, Japan is famous for both matcha and crepes, right? But it seems like matcha crepes are not that common. So, I tried matcha crepe for the first time in my life.

The dough is really chewy, so the texture is really good. The dough is… (Ahh – screaming sound) (*Hanayashiki: The oldest amusement park in Japan) Next to here is ‘Hanayashiki,’ an amusement park that has been in Asakusa since really old times.

Since earlier, the roller coaster has been passing by like this, continuously making scary sounds(?). The crepe dough is so delicious, so I tried only this, and it has a slight matcha scent. The strong matcha scent inside seems to be from the matcha powder sprinkled on top.

So now, with no sprinkled powder, it’s changing into a different flavor. Oh? It’s fascinating! The taste changed again! On top, there was matcha powder, sponge, and whipped cream like this, But in the later part, it’s transitioning to matcha cream, Continuously changing with each bite, it’s fun.

But the matcha cream in the later part and the matcha powder in the beginning are bitter than I expected. If you enjoy a genuine bitter taste, this place seems worth trying. There was a surprise until the end, and it was fun with something unexpected inside.

(I could experience various flavors until the end~!) It was delicious! It was a dessert that I’ve seen a lot on SNS, and I wanted to try it once. When I actually tasted it, the flavor changed with each bite, and it surprised me.

It was a surprise until the end~ It’s great for taking photos, and I really enjoyed it. So, shall we go to the second shop? The aroma of matcha is already reaching here, We’ve arrived, everyone! It’s ‘Capoon Matcha Workshop’! Wow, it’s the color of matcha~ #Capoon Matcha Here, you get a seat first, place an order at the counter, wait at your seat, and the utensils are placed on the table.

The reason I was curious about this place is that you can choose the sweetness level. It’s a place where you can customize according to your taste, like using soy milk or without ice. (During ordering) You can see the matcha drink-making process right when you order!

While preparing matcha dessert content for YouTube this time, I’ve been drinking green tea at home, I realized, what’s the difference between matcha and green tea..? I got curious. Do you know the difference, everyone? I understand the difference in taste, but I’m having trouble explaining how they are categorized properly.

So, I studied to explain it to you. Matcha is a type within the category of green tea. So, matcha can be considered as a different form of green tea. Basically, green tea is made by drying the leaves after plucking. Among them, matcha is grown by shading it from sunlight.

The leaves grown in the shade are dried, ground with a mill, and turned into powder to make matcha. Rather than the leaves themselves being different, it’s more about the cultivation method, would you say? And about sunlight, I thought it always needed sunlight, but blocking sunlight makes the color richer.

*Theanine: An amino acid that helps relieve tension caused by stress. It produces a nutritional component called theanine. I became a bit smarter while shooting for YouTube, maybe(?). It would be great if you all knew about it too. Oh? Our dessert has arrived! (The awaited dessert is here!) It’s like art~ I saw it on SNS, but it looks even more beautiful in person. I was thinking about the sweetness level and the cake. But for now, I tried the recommendation from the staff! I ordered a matcha latte and set the sweetness level to 3. Cheers, everyone~

Even when mixed, it looks pretty. Wow, the colors are amazing~ I’ll try it right away~ I set the sweetness level to Hikae, which is on the lighter side, but it feels a bit less sweet for just one serving. (It’s less sweet than I expected!)

So, this time, I also ordered a sweet dessert for myself, and it seems like the Hikae sweetness level is just right. But with the milk, it’s so smooth. It’s almost a shame to eat it… (The visual is too beautiful.) Wow, it’s soft~ What could the flavor be..!

The sponge part is soft, and the cream and syrup are a bit sweet, right? But the matcha powder underneath has the characteristic bitter taste of matcha. The (matcha) smell enhances the finish, so it’s good. Desserts with a lot of cream tend to feel heavy as you eat more.

The more you eat, the heavier it can feel towards the end. But here, the matcha aroma at the end provides a nice finish, so it doesn’t feel too heavy. But here, you can take out the drinks, but for desserts, you can only eat them here. Feeling uplifted because it’s delicious.

Oh no, it’s gone.. You finished it all.. Who ate it?! (<-Who) This place allows customization according to personal preferences, which makes it quite charming. It seems like a place truly dedicated to matcha. After having matcha desserts or matcha, there's a lingering joyful aroma of matcha in your mouth. Feeling that, I'll go check out the third shop! Let's go! Lastly, aiming to enjoy matcha desserts in an elegant atmosphere, there's a shop right in front of Exit A8 of Mitsukoshimae Station. The town is called 'Nihonbashi.' It's known for its upscale department stores. It's right in front of the entrance. IPPUKU&MATCHA Wow, the atmosphere outside is completely different, so I was surprised. Outside, there's even terrace seating. To enter here, when you go through what seems like a mirror at the back, a luxurious space suddenly appears, reminiscent of the magical doors in Harry Potter. Wow, I was really impressed listening to the menu discussion right now. The staff explained in detail, and among the five dessert options, I ordered pudding and considered which matcha would go well with it, and it felt like we decided together with the staff. Among them, I tried the matcha that included craftsmanship. As mentioned earlier, matcha is grown by shading it from sunlight. But it seems there are various methods of shading from sunlight. For example, using straw one by one to shade from sunlight. This way, minerals and such go down, Resulting in a deeper flavor, they said. I had no idea there was such matcha, and I was deeply moved by the fact that I can drink it here. Wow, I'm so happy to have learned a lot thanks to your YouTube! Among them, I ordered the 'D.premium' Samidori matcha that was recommended. Reservations are a must for the tea room, so you need to make a reservation on the official website before coming. The pudding came out first! (with matcha cream) It's complete, everyone~ Since it was made right in front of us, it feels magical, wouldn't you say? It gives a slightly calming and quiet feeling. This space can accommodate about 4 people. (I recommend it if you prefer a private space!) For those who come for a trip and want to enjoy matcha privately, it would be great! (I recommend it if you prefer a private space!) For those who come for a trip and want to enjoy matcha privately, it would be great! Japan has three major matcha places, and Kyoto is one of them, right? It seems they use 'Uji matcha' from Kyoto here. There are many places in Kyoto where you can enjoy this type of matcha. In Tokyo, it's not as common, so knowing about this place could be really nice. It feels like discovering a good place, so I'll give it a try. Eating with high expectations...! The pudding itself is in a style I like, kind of handmade? It feels compressed. It's not as smooth as cream (it's thick and dense pudding!). So, it's very rich, and it has matcha flavor, Combined with the cold ice cream and sprinkled matcha powder, it's quite nice. I keep being drawn to it, and since the combination is important, I'll try the matcha too! It's warm~ (I can even choose the cup myself!) The fact that I can even choose the cup makes it feel special. It's surprisingly clean and neat, which surprised me. When I had matcha as a child, after drinking it, there was a strong lingering matcha smell in my mouth. If you think, 'Matcha... a bit too bitter,' you should try this once. Wow, even beverages like this are truly a deep world~ (Excited) Don't worry~ There are no staff in the shop right now, so I'm enjoying this excitement alone. hehe If the employee happen to come, I'll be calmly present~ When you sprinkle this, the bold taste of matcha intensifies, so for matcha lovers, you should definitely try this. I'm happy to introduce this space, It was a really enjoyable time in this private space. It was so delicious! And such a joyful time. It was so special that I was surprised. Can you feel my excitement? As someone who enjoyed the tea room, I highly recommend this space. I feel like I had a very special time. I filmed a video about matcha desserts this time, how was it? I'm really proud that it turned out to be special content. Isn't this the kind of video that you can only see on our talk show! TALK! Fujii Mina? All three places have unique and different charms, and this time, I could feel the sweetness and boldness unique to matcha desserts. It was such a great time being able to delve into the deep world of matcha. Well then, that's it for today's video!
