Hello everybody it’s Luna it has been a while and I’m sorry for taking so long to upload a new video but yeah basically this is a vlog about the one year event that I did at afilia last November and
It’s actually a series of shorter videos that I have filmed over the span of maybe a month or so and it’s all about how I prepared for my event so for those of you that don’t know at afilia and I
Think at a lot of M cafes we get to do at least two events per year which are only entirely all about us one of them is our birthday event and the other one is our anniversary event so for
How long we’ve been at afilia 4 so this is what I did the latter is what I did this time around it was my first year anniversary at ailia I have been at afilia for by now a little bit over one
Year and it has been absolutely amazing so yeah we did these events called encounters and I had mine my oneyear anniversary encounter and this is a vlog which is all about how I prepared for the event I thought it would be interesting to show a little bit of the behind the scenes and
What goes behind actually making our own events because actually we have to do a lot on our own and this is actually a good thing like we get to come up with the visuals and the concepts and the menu and basically everything is our own creation so every particular event is different
And special in its own way because it’s made by us it’s what we like um and it has like a little bit of our personality I like to think I’ll give a brief introduction about how this goes and then
I will roll the clips of everything that I did so the number one question I get a lot is when we’re doing these sort of individual events do we get any money or do we have to pay for them and the
Answer is well somewhere in between it depends on everyone we do get a certain amount of money which is just for our own event so it’s basically our responsibility to decide how we use that money
As long as it’s going towards our event so so for that amount of money we can either use it towards our costume or costumes uh we can use it for the photo shoot we can use it for some of the special
Foods or drinks because as I said we do come up with our own menu and then what else I guess anything else which could be I don’t know maybe decorations maybe Goods yeah merchandise could
Also be something so yeah there’s a lot of ways in which we could use that amount of money and it’s not huge like don’t imagine that we can like splurge on everything that we want it’s more of
A challenge in a good way like it’s a very decent amount of money it just comes down to everyone to figure out how they’re going to use that money so yeah the first thing I did personally was start a
Document and write down all of the ideas that I had so I wanted I always want to have a concept so I wanted to have my concept and my title of the event because I also it’s a personal thing but I
Like to also have a title besides like Luna’s bir Luna’s anniversary encounter I like to have like a special title to go with a concept and think about the visuals think about the names for the
Food and drinks and also the menu itself what I want to add to it what benefits and special kind of things I wanted to do and um yeah basically that was pretty much it so I just wrote down
All of my ideas and started from zero I decided on the outfits and on the studio because those two absolutely go together at least for me they have to make sense and yeah these are some of
The visuals that I chose I will put them on the screen so of course the main concept was related to vampires um because I was born a vampire and I now training to be a powerful witch so yeah
The main concept was vampire and also I had the second concept based on an outfit that I really like which was a bit more on the cutesy side I also was in charge of the food menu so
What I chose for my menu this time around was actually food that I could actually eat because I’m vegetarian so I don’t eat meat or fish or seafood so I actually made everything vegetarian
So for the main dish I had some spaghetti bolog but it was with vegan meat with um soy meat and then I also had a really delicious cofin shaped pizza and then for the dessert I did a parfait
Which was all inspired by vampires and my name Luna because it had the moon and it was really awesome I really loved coming up with everything like I actually Drew everything myself and showed it to our teacher who’s in charge of the kitchen he was really excited to make everything um and
Yeah basically I didn’t make the food myself but I did design the food basically and also for the drinks I struggled a lot to make some of the drinks but I really wanted them to come out
A certain way which I feel like they did so yeah I will now roll the clips with everything I did there will be time stamps on every separate video so you can see kind of how I progress as the time

Is the day of my photo shoot yay I’m having my photo shoot for my event so I’m going to go and do my hair and my makeup and get dressed and I will be right back I’m so excited it’s so windy
Today like I don’t know if you can hear it it’s insane I hope my hair would look good but yeah see you in a bit okay I’m back with makeup on my hair done I packed everything and I’m going to
Leave really soon soon it’s so so windy outside like I really hope my hair won’t be a mess well still I got him buto he’s going to take care of my hair until I get to the studio so let’s
Go okay so I am now at a station I’m waiting for my friend to come she’s going to take my photos for today and yeah I will take you guys with me I’m really like to you guys I so yeah I can’t
Wait I’m here with my friend Blanca who is not a photographer she’s an idol but she’s really good at photos too and she’s part of the group mellow life which I will link somewhere on the screen and yeah go check them out because they’re super
Talented so we just got to the studio and it’s so cute I need to show you guys oh my God I’m obsessed with it so there’s two main rooms which are decorated in a bunch of different places wait
There’s Blanca in the back there’s a ghost oh no so I’m going to walk into the first room and show you around so this is the first room oh my God I mean it’s basically three different
Rooms but yeah I love everything in here look everything is so beautiful oh my God and this is the other room or like the two rooms basically I love it this definitely feels very like ailia
With the lights and the books and everything o and there’s a bunch of magic stuff oh my God I’m so excited yay we’re done we’re tired thank you so much for the photos we’ve been there
That was a closeup we’ve been here for 5 hours wait I think we’re like stuck um in the studio because there’s no exit that door over there is locked um and look it says that basement one is
There but that the first floor is there so then what is this where are we this is technically the first floor cuz the elevator says first floor he was like this is not the exit we’re stupid the
Button literally says where the exit is yeah but there a guy just did the same thing so but like then what floor were we on the I don’t know the in between the Purgatory this is what we [Music]
Were hi everyone it’s a different day and today I’m actually at the filia even though I’m not supposed to be helping out today I came just because I need to figure out what I’m going to serve for my event so basically when we’re doing encounters at ailia we have to pretty much plan
Everything ourselves so as I said in the beginning of the video we have to come up with the concept and with what we want to do for the photo shoot but we also have to think of the menu which is so
Exciting but it’s also kind of stressful because I don’t have that much of a background in like Mixology or food making or anything but I want to make sure I come up with the best and tastiest and
Most delicious menu so this is what I came here to do today so yeah I did some research I took some notes of some drinks I want to try to make and then I also came up with some ideas for my
Food menu but then I’m going to have to talk to the sensus so the teacher who takes care of the kitchen to see if he can make what I’m thinking about or if he has any ideas so that’s what I’m
Going to be doing today okay so some of you may know but obviously my image color is blue so I definitely want to make sure I have at least one or two drinks that are blue themed so they match
My theme and I really like soda floats so ice cream on top of some sort of carbonated drink and I thought I can try and make some really good blue soda float so yeah I’m going to try
To do that basically I’m not going to reveal the entire recipe for everything but yeah for a blue soda float I would need vanilla ice cream which we have and then some blue syrup and some soda
So it should be easy I just need to figure out the right measurements and everything so yeah wish me luck okay so to make my drink blue I have I guess two options I can either make it blue
Coroso flavored or I can make it ramun flavored for those of you from other kingdoms where you might not have ramun um ramun is like a carbonated drink a sweet carbonated drink which we have here
Um and yeah I think I might be using blue cusso for another cocktail which I’m planning to make so I think I’m going to use this ramun I just don’t know oh my God you guys I don’t know the
Measurements at all I don’t know how much you’re supposed to add so it feels bad it feels like food waste but I’m going to have to like try a bunch of different um measurements I guess so
Yeah I’m just adding the BR this is what it looks like ah can you see it’s all blue and cute there we go I think this should be enough it’s syrup so it should be super super sweet so next I’m just going to add
Soda I feel like the color is not enough though I don’t know I think I’m going to try to get the right percentage of ramena syrup and to get the right color and then I’m going to be adding the ice cream um but yeah this does not
Really this doesn’t really satisfy me I feel like it shows up way better on camera than it does in person um let me try that again okay I’m thinking maybe if I add just a bit
Of blue curo and then add the ramun it might make it more blue but at the same time I have to be careful because if it’s too too sweet then no one’s going to like it and there’s
Ice cream going over it anyway so it’s going to be super super sweet um so yeah I’m going to try this if everything fails I might just try to make it alcoholic because we have to
Make like half of the drink menu is going to be alcoholic and then half of it is is going to be non-alcoholic and I was thinking of making this one non-alcoholic but if it’s not going to work
Out um yeah I’m just going to have to change my plans I do have a plan B so it should be fine I guess and also as I’m trying different options I need to make sure I’m taking notes so I don’t forget any of the actual uh measurements that I’m doing and also
I’m coming up with idea as I go like oh this could work instead of this and so oh yeah I’m taking notes I’m taking it seriously this is important okay this is definitely a brighter blue in person I haven’t mixed it yet but H it’s such a nice gadient
Color okay yeah that’s definitely better but I need to check the taste I was thinking maybe if it’s too sweet maybe I can add Tony water I don’t know I’m going to have to see really a lot of
Trial and error when it comes to coming up with a menu for your encounter but it’s also really really fun and I love it and I think I might be getting into this whole thing okay so let’s
See oh that’s so sweet oh no this is really sweet this is this is way too sweet okay next I could try either tonic water or lemon I guess um anything this is so so sweet oh no I feel like it might turn a bit greenish now that I add the
Lemon actually you know what it’s still pretty blue in my opinion this is what it looks like okay flavor-wise definitely an improvement it’s not as sweet I can definitely feel the lemon I’m just a bit worried about how it’s going to mix with the vanilla ice cream though I’m going
To make one with is it weird if I make one with tonic water I don’t even know okay so maybe my first drink is not going great maybe I should do something else not going great but I’m not giving
Up I’m going to try a bunch of different options of camera so I don’t bore all of you back home um but now maybe I can make an alcoholic drink as an alternative for the blue soda flow that I’m
Planning to make I want to make the alcoholic version of a coffee float maybe so I’m going to use some coffee based alcohol and some actual coffee and mix it and hopefully something good
Will happen this time unlike with my blue drink which um did not go well but it is going to go well I am going to put it on the menu so far I’ve added the coffee liquor and then I’m just
Adding regular coffee and yeah I think based on the taste I’ll decide if I want to add any more flavor like any sweet syrup or anything but because I’m adding ice cream it should be fine I have I am way way way more confident in this one actually than in my non-alcoholic [Music]
Drink okay let’s see what the coffee part tastes like M this is good I can’t really feel the coffee liquor as much so I’m wondering if I should add a bit more but maybe it’s fine maybe this is fine
Just taking some notes to make sure I don’t forget it I’m here with ice cream and an ice cream spoon and absolutely no body muscle to get this out the right way but I’m going to try I’m always struggling [Music] um yeah no this is impossible this is so Frozen oh my God
You know what it’s all about figuring out what the flavor will be like so I promise everyone will be getting way more ice cream than this okay so I’m just going to let it melt a bit and mix with the coffee and a coffee liquor and kind of see what it tastes
Like oh my God this is so good wait adding the ice cream just made everything 10 times better oh my God it tastes so good okay this is not what the final product will look like but I think we just got ourselves our first drink of the menu of Luna’s Moonlight rqu encounter
20123 yay I’m so excited it’s definitely not going to look like that and I’m going to ask my teacher if he can actually buy me those cherries that they put on top of soda flow so it can look extra extra cute um but yeah I’m really happy I got this one right
You know what guys I added some vanilla ice cream to the blue drink the one with lemon at its baste and it actually doesn’t taste bad it’s really good actually I’m thinking I might keep this one it’s really fresh um like it’s still sweet but it’s not too
Overly sweet so so yeah I think I might keep this one is it weird if I have soda float but instead of soda it’s just like lemon soda I think I think it should be
Fine okay we’ve got like we’ve got one and a half worths of drinks um checked out and I have to make basically three of each so I have to have three alcoholic drinks and three non-alcoholic drinks so
Yay we’ve got one two more to go for the alcoholic drinks so I’ve got one more blue drink I want to try basically a few months ago maybe like half a year ago at ailia we had an original cocktail
Contest so all of us the wies we were allowed to come up with our very own original cocktails and sell them in the stores and basically a girl who had her drinks bought the most one and yeah um
All the seni who came to visit and who tried my drink they said it was really good and it was a really beautiful blue gradient drink which kind of looked like the bottom of the ocean so I want
To make it again the problem is I didn’t really take the right notes last time so I do have some ideas written down I just don’t know I can’t remember the exact measurements of everything
So I guess it’s going to be trial and error yet again but yeah I’m going to try to make that so that was one definitely had blue cosso in it as the blue base um also I was doing it in a
Different cup in the ones that you saw before from for my ice cream floats but obviously we won’t have enough cups for all those drinks to be in the same type of Cups so I’m going
To be using this one and hope for the best in terms of measurements and stuff but yeah let’s try to make my original my previous original cocktail recipe let let’s see if I can still do
It I think I already messed up I think I messed up the order in which I was supposed to add the ingredients um never mind we’ll we’ll see how it goes okay this is not it um I don’t
Know if it shows up on camera but it’s a kind of nasty color so yeah I need to do it again but I’m pretty sure I got the right ingredients I think I know it had the blue
Caro and it had one more secret ingredient which I’m not going to reveal but I know the secret ingredient I know it’s not wrong I just don’t know why the color is all gross looking okay I changed the order and I looked through my previous notes
And I think I might have messed up one of the previous ingredients not the secret one though um I feel like it’s still not going to end up the way it did before I will insert a photo here
Of what it’s supposed to look like it’s really pretty I just don’t have the confidence that I can remember how to do it again yeah this is still looking like more like the bottom of a really
Nasty swamp than a really pretty ocean um so yeah I’m going to look through my notes again and yeah I will see what I can too we still at least we have got one drink out of the way so that’s still
Good you guys I did it wait I actually did it oh my God this is what it looks like and I still have one more ingredient I need to add so give me just a second oh my God I can’t believe I remember how
To do it you know what the blue ingredient that I used was wrong all along but I remembered which one to use um but yeah let me add the Final Touch I added some magic sugar and look how pretty it
Looks I love it they keep moving as you mix it and it looks like a nice starry night or the bottom of the ocean is one of my Senpai called it so yeah we’ve got our second ring Down Yay as you can see
Coming up with the menu takes a bit of time and I’m not even halfway done with it but it’s really really fun I actually really like thinking about it it’s a bit stressful it’s way more stressful
Than thinking of all the pretty Parts like coming up with the outfit and the and choosing a studio like those parts were really fun this is a bit more stressful because I am going to have to come
Up with stuff that is good enough to be able to be given to Senai so it is a bit of a challenge but I’m doing my best and this is so pretty and then I already cleaned the cup but coffee the coffee
Vanilla fil one which I still have to come up with a name for it um was actually really good so yeah once I come up with all the drinks I’m going to add them here on the screen so you can see
What I came up with hi everyone I’m at ailia and there’s 3 days left until my event I’m so excited and right now I’m making the goods that I will be having and so far I’ve made pin badges look

Made for magic so I’m going to have pin Badges and then because I’m doing a gacha I’m going to have a bunch of prizes so one of them is going to be puura so the Bo photos with me and some of the
Other wies and then I also have prepared a a lot of chiy I have so so much chiy for the gas so I hope a lot of the Senai will be able to pull these because they’re really really good this is where

Like it’s just cardboard honestly it’s just a piece of cardboard that you write on and I’m going to draw um the Senai who offered to buy me champagne so I think this is a good enough
Size this is I don’t know it doesn’t say but this is way too small I think and this is way too big so yeah I’m just going to go grab some of these also I need to get some leather sets and I have
A bunch of stuff here oh my God I really like this shade of blue but I might just get a set instead this is just like I think it’s just envelopes I don’t know I found this mandle
One it’s so cute I really like m sand so I’m thinking maybe this but there’s a bunch of keute ones I like this mey one as well it’s so cute they have a bunch they have this one
And also the sushi m one but I really like sman so I don’t know wait this is so cute as well I really like this glitter like notebook ped thingy like I love way the paper looks but I don’t have any envelopes like I would have to get a separate envelope
That’s not part of this set so I’m really Thor I really like this paper though it’s so beautiful I’m really so bad at making decisions you guys but I decided to get this one I decided to get this one because I feel like it’s really it’s really cute
It’s very neat aesthetically and I feel like it’s more special to like make up the whole said by myself for the envelopes I couldn’t decide on the color so I got both of these I only have to write two letters for two very special Senpai so these are going in and yeah

For me so yeah I’m going to prepare a bunch of stuff for them thank you so so much I got a bunch of these so they’re shikishi I don’t need all of them I think I bought some extras just because I knew I think I didn’t buy any extras
So I only have these um I basically I cannot mess up I got this beautiful gift box for the Senpai who is going to be receiving one of my necklaces one of my stuff from my Personal Collection basically so I’m going to put it
Here and then what else did I get I don’t I don’t even remember I know it po yesterday but I forgot O Okay so I’ve got some stickers which are really really cute I’ve got these for
The letter envelopes and then I got these just because I like them I’m not going to be using them this time I think but I can use them for chy and then as I said before I got this for um like
The letters that I’m going to be writing so this is what the pages look like really really cute and then I got the envelopes again I couldn’t decide um between the colors so I’m just going to give different ones to different Senpai um I’m just going to go based on their vies and
I hope they like it what do I have in here oh I think this is where they put the pens and stuff yeah I got a bunch of pens to write on the she see on the like Message Board thingy I
Don’t know how to translate this I’ve never written on one of these I think so I have no idea really like what kind of pen you’re supposed to be using but I just got regular markers and I’m
Just hoping for the best and then I got some erasable pant for the letters because I know I’m going to mess up and yeah that’s about it look this is one of the photos I took yesterday
At ailia this is Yan but she was cosplaying as a guy are we so cute I got to keep it so yeah now what I’m going to do is I’m going to sketch what I want to draw on these just so I
Don’t mess up too much I’m so nervous and then I’m actually going to go and throw them in and then I’m going to start writing wait wait these were stuck to each other you guys I
Do have extras yes yay then if I mess up I have some extras that’s good I just finished throwing on the whatever you want to call these um I’m not going to show it obviously because it’s up
To my Senpai if they want to make this public or not but I can say that they’re really really cute and I hope they’ll be happy because I am happy I finished writing both of the letters
I hope my Senpai will enjoy it look how cute they look I can’t wait for them to read it so yeah I need to get out of bed and have breakfast and prepare everything um right now I have to
Obviously do the whole like do my hair and my makeup and get rest but I also need to um write the list of everything I have to put in my luggage and then yeah back my back my suitcase
And then um I kind of want to try both outfits again just in case and then um I have to write the drink menu for the girls who are going to be at the counter today I haven’t done that and I
Want to write my I want to have Android my speech my n speech um on paper because I only have it on my phone and I don’t really want to bring like my phone with me and um hopefully that’s about
It it’s currently um 108 I did everything I need to get I needed to get done um like trying on my outfits everything gets fine everything fits fine um I started packing but I still need to back some
Stuff I think and I wrote the menu again I cannot show that um because I don’t want to reveal like all the recipes for the drinks but yeah I wrote it and I made really cute drawings of like what
I want the drinks to look like so the girls who are in charge of the counter will know and what else um oh I wrote down my speech and now I’m just going to have breakfast this on omelette
And Green Leaf sandwich it says cheese sandwich in Japanese but I’m having this I having Nat which is fermented soybeans they look absolutely disgusting and they smell bad and they have a bad texture but like they’re really good for your health and I used to think they’re disgusting but lately I
Think it’s really really good I don’t know what happened and um yeah I’m also having this which is like energy restoring jelly and then I also got this which is supposed to help you not get super drunk basically I’m going to have some champagne I’m having ciner shots in my in my
Menu so I know I’m going to be drinking today I usually don’t use this sort of stuff um I think I’m kind of strong with alcohol but I don’t want to risk it I don’t want to make a mess of myself
On my big day um I did drink something like this from a different friend a while ago and I thought it was the most disgusting thing in my life and it didn’t even help that much um but you know
What I’m going to I’m going to give it another go if Japanese people say it helps it has to help um but yeah I’m having kind of like a bigger breakfast because I’m not going to be eating until
6:00 p.m. today um which is fine honestly and um yeah I just want to make sure I don’t get super hungry okay so I got dressed I put on my makeup I did my hair this is what it looks like and now
I’m going to head to aabar I’m so nervous I’m so excited I’m I’ve been watching everyone’s tweets and everyone like all the Senpai saying they’re so excited about today so I’m really excited
I’m going to do my best I am at the filia and we are getting ready to open I’m so excited I’m so so nervous everything is kind of I guess going according to plan so far so I’m really really
Excited for everyone to come these are all the random photos that everyone who orders food and drinks from the menu will be getting and then we have the special ones for the S to get the
Champagne and then we have some of the prizes from my gacha because as I told you I’m doing a gacha and I got a bunch of cute stuff ready this is what the menu looks like I’m made everything

Just food and drinks everything is so yummy I’m so excited to it honestly this is my own gacha I’m so excited I hope a lot of people will win whatever they want you know um I added a bunch
Of stuff so I know Senai want different stuff but yeah I hope hope everyone gets whatever they want it’s so cute and everything is blue inside obviously because that’s my color so yeah I’m so
